I know, I know. I live in Indiana and winter is usually cold and dreary, BUT, on those beautiful days when the sun is peaking out a bit and the snow is falling grab your camera! You can take gorgeous pictures in the snow. Bundle up and get some fresh air on a walk through a park, a field, or the woods. Stay out only as long as you want to, your body and mind will thank you when you breath in that crisp fresh air, get a little exercise, and as a bonus, look and listen as you walk and take your pictures. You will be walking in a beautiful place that looks so much different from your summer walks. The sounds will also be different, the winter is usually very quiet and peaceful. You may get a shot of a furry critter playing or a deer around. Whatever you see it will be a special memory for you and that's all that matters.
